Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This DPA defines the obligations between the data controller (customer) and the data processor (PraticArchive) under KVKK Art. 8/9 and GDPR Art. 28.

In the zero-storage scenario PraticArchive acts as a "data viewing intermediary" — the DPA is narrow in scope.

When the Free Teaser storage is used, PraticArchive acts as a standard data processor.

Sub-processor list: AWS (Frankfurt), Anthropic (LLM), HuggingFace (embeddings), Google DocAI (Pro OCR).
